A lot of heart. Mad driving skills. An honest love of people and all varieties of hot dog related puns. This is what it takes to be a Hotdogger. At the end of the day, it’s a pretty sweet gig. Plus you get to roam the country in a 27-foot long hot dog…who could ask for anything better.
Every year there is a new class of Hotdoggers. This is Class 24.
Schnitzel Itzel
Hello America! My name is Schnitzel Itzel and I am one of 12 lucky dogs that cut the mustard to become an Oscar Mayer Hotdogger. I am originally from McAllen, Texas and have a Marketing degree from the University of Texas-Pan American. I love to have buns of fun and can therefore say that I have the best and most bunderful job anybody can ask for. I’m on a Good Mood Mission to spread miles of smiles across the hotdog highways of America and cannot wait to hit the road and fasten my meat belt. I have an appetite for adventure and meating new people, so make sure to ketchup with me on this coast-to-coast wiener roast!
