Louisville Slugger
There are so many things to do in Louisville, KY! While we were out discovering the town we ran across the world’s largest bat rested nicely in front of the Louisville Slugger factory and museum. Legendary major league players have used these bats to win World Series and get inducted into the Hall of Fame. In the museum you can actually see how they make each bat. Sorry for the lack of photos on this. The Slugger factory keeps that a secret!

The Louisville Slugger Museum is great and the tour is even better. The tour gets very long on the weekends, especially in the summer. The museum is nicely put together and you are free to look around even if you are not taking the tour. There’s also a batting cage, but it’s kinda pricey, as well as a reasonably priced gift shop. You can get a personalized mini-bat for $15.
