Ok, so you probably have no idea who a Hotdogger is and what a Hotdogger does.

Well, it’s one of us, the guys and gals who drive the Wienermobile, criss-crossing the country, looking for bridges that are high enough to drive under so we don’t get stuck . We thought it was only fair that you get to see the inside of the Wienermobile – including the people driving it. So, that’s why we created this blog. We hope you enjoy reading our stories and experiencing what being a Hotdogger is all about. We appreciate every wave we receive on the road and are thrilled you’re reading and commenting here.

We’ll try to respond if we can… (after all, there’s a lot of ground to cover). – The Hotdoggers

Hotdoggers

A lot of heart. Mad driving skills. An honest love of people and all varieties of hot dog related puns. This is what it takes to be a Hotdogger. At the end of the day, it’s a pretty sweet gig. Plus you get to roam the country in a 27-foot long hot dog…who could ask for anything better.

Every year there is a new class of Hotdoggers. This is Class 22.

Salutations!  My name is A-Dog Alison and I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Relations.  I have quite the appetite for adventure, so being a Hotdogger is something that I can really take a bite out of.  I enjoy driving, travel and clever plays on words, so cruising across the country in the Wienermobile is absolutely franktastic!  When I’m not behind the steering wheel, you might find me playing guitar, buying records or reading books.  If you happen to cross paths with me on the road, stop by and grab a Wiener Whistle!
