This was the Celebration Exotic Car Show Festival’s 10th year of putting on this large scale children’s charity event and let me tell you, the crowds sure were relishing in all of the car spectacles. We knew our BIG BUN would be a hit. The show featured many of the world’s rarest vehicles (however we had to remind everyone that there are only SIX Wienermobile vehicles currently traveling in the world.) It also included a celebrity car exhibit including the Batmobile, Lightning McQueen, Herbie, the Back to the Future DeLorean, and the Knight Rider.

We weren’t surprised though when the Wienermobile was a crowd favorite, sweeping the crowd right off their buns. Who doesn’t love a 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels??! Many of them had never sausage a thing.

We were so proud to be a part of this charitable event whose proceeds went towards the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Special Olympics and the Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital!

While we enjoyed looking at all of the other impressive vehicles at the show, our BIG BUN was and forever will be, our favorite.

Oh what lucky dogs Sal-Emy and I are. Borderfest is an award-winning Heritage and Music festival that attracts more than 65,000 people over five days. Just the the Wienermobile, it is huge and FUN. Every year, they have a different cultural theme and this year they celebrated the cultural treasures of Mexico. AY AY AYYY!

Anggie Dogg is traveling the Northeast with Kevin Bacon Bits after several months enjoying the Southeast region with Deli Eliot.  I am from Miami and being the lucky dog that I am, I got to take BIGBUN to my hometown before heading for colder weather.

Did I hear snowboarding? What about snow angels?  Even though I love Miami weather, being in the Northeast makes me relish my job even more. This New EAST team is determined to make the most of this exciting opportunity.

Lots of Ketchup Lisa and I recently got to spend a week at the University of Florida Gainesville in order to look for the next class of Hotdoggers! Every year, Oscar Mayer recruits at various universities across the country in order to create another franktastic team of Hotdoggers.  Lisa and I sure relished meating so many of the students.

We linked up with so many Hotdogger Hopefuls who dream of driving the Wienermobile across the hot dog highways. One class in particular had such a bunderful time chatting with us that they wanted to get a photo posing with the infamous UF “chomp chomp” in front of BIG BUN.

What many don’t know is, there are around 1,200 applicants for the coveted Hotdogger position every year-and considering Oscar Mayer only hires 12 people, that’s only one percent!

Only time will tell who truly cuts the mustard.

Lots of Ketchup Lisa and I love seeing how those around us react at their first sight of the Wienermobile driving down the hot dog highways. I mean, who isn’t thrilled to see a 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels rolling down the street?

Recently, we were in Miami Beach, Fl and decided to drive BIG BUN down the infamous Ocean Drive in South Beach. Check out how everyone relished in the sighting of our favorite dog during a toasty day at the beach.

While Lisa and I worry about sunburns and wear our fair share of sunscreen, Big Bun is enjoying toasting his buns in the sun.

As the new Southeast team, we have a “rough” schedule of events along the SE coast. We sure are lucky dogs to be spending our spring in these bunderful locations following the scenic kraut along the ocean!

As a 27′ long hot dog on wheels you frankly might expect the Wienermobile to look jumbo-sized from any angle. This weekend in St. Louis Deli Eliot and I discovered that it actually can look like a cocktail wienie at times, especially from the top of the Gateway Arch.

While the Wienermobile looked tiny, it still drew a big crowd. We watched from the top of the arch as crowds gathered to get their picture with two American icons at once! I’ll never get full of taking the Wienermobile to tourist attractions and have relished all the photo ops along the road as a Hotdogger!
