Happy Holidogs!
Happy Holidogs from Torey Toppings, Dijon John and BOLOGNA!
May all of your hearts be warm, all of your stomachs full, and all of your hot dogs be Oscar Mayer
Well, it’s one of us, the guys and gals who drive the Wienermobile, criss-crossing the country, looking for bridges that are high enough to drive under so we don’t get stuck . We thought it was only fair that you get to see the inside of the Wienermobile – including the people driving it. So, that’s why we created this blog. We hope you enjoy reading our stories and experiencing what being a Hotdogger is all about. We appreciate every wave we receive on the road and are thrilled you’re reading and commenting here.
We’ll try to respond if we can… (after all, there’s a lot of ground to cover). – The Hotdoggers

Santa Claus and the red nose deer, Rudolph, came to the Wienermobile to wish all you bloggers and Hotdoggers Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday.
…to be jolly. It is true, Christmas season is upon us and the Christmas cheer is spreading far and wide. Rachel Relish and I were lucky enough to “meat” one of the most magical men, Santa Claus, while we were in Milwaukee, WI for a holiday parade. And as you can see, WNR MBLE even got in the spirit of the holidays and dressed up for the parade as well. There’s nothing better than a holiday parade to get you in the Christmas spirit.
While hanging out in Raleigh, North Carolina, Lil’ Links and I caught a glimpse of the hottest fashion trend this fall: the full-body hot dog costume. Rockin’ this fine outfit was future supermodel Emma, and she used the grocery store parking lot as her personal catwalk.
So if you want to dress to impress this season, just follow Emma’s lead.
Macon, GA. You may remember that Doggone Dave and I had a fabulous time at Blogher in Chicago-we met tons of bundeful bloggers and even got some great tips for our blog. There was one blogger, however, that we had yet to meet- the Domestic Diva! We arrived at THE Diva’s home and even got to take her family for a ride.
THE Domestic Diva and THE Hot Dog Diva (it has a nice ring to it!)
Here in the Midwest we’ve finally seen our first big snowfall of the year. I just had to snap a photo of the Wienermobile as the snowflakes started to fall gently on its buns.
Every year, my extended family has a big Christmas Eve party where we sip egg nog, wear tacky red-and-green ties, and belt out Christmas carols! So whenever I hear some Christmas music rockin’, I can’t help but get into the holiday spirit. Turns out Lil Links is the same way, so we jammed out at a Winn-Dixie supermarket in Florida!
Thanks to a Wienermobile fan at an earlier event, I also had the perfect headwear for the occasion.
During a trip to Athens, GA Doggone Dave and I got to experience another kind of dog- University of Georgia Bulldog! We arrived just in time for homecoming and helped with their Red Cross Blood Drive.
One thing ALL Dogs can agree on, Saving Lives!
A-Dog and I had the opportunity to spend over a week in the quaint Southern Oregon town of Klamath Falls. We were thrilled to plan our own events throughout the week and made an effort to meet as many of the approximately 21,000 residents as possible. From assisting with blood drive donations at the local Red Cross, visiting with ladies at a women’s crisis center, and assisting with a fundraiser for a local child with cancer, we were proud to be a small part of these important events.

The children at the Klamath Falls YMCA were big fans of WEENR!These Wiener Whistles found a resting spot and felt right at home. One of our favorite events of the week was reading hotdog stories at the Klamath County Library.
Klamath Falls is just an hour south of Crater Lake National Park, the deepest lake in the United States. My jaw simply dropped when I saw the beauty of this beast, with the blue of the water contrasting with the snow-capped mountains and trees. Although WEENR didn’t make the trek up to 8,000 feet with us, we are sure WEENR would have loved the scenery.
Thanks so much to the people of Klamath Falls for welcoming us with open arms into your tight-knit community. We hope our 27-foot-long hotdog will be able to return soon to spread more smiles:)
In one of the Wienermobile events in Houston, some very special fans from the fire department let me sit on the fire truck and wear fire fighter gear for this picture. I didn’t know the helmet and ax were so heavy. I can not imagine the fire fighters going into the fire wearing a heavy hamlet, but safety is first! I had a bunderful time. Franks a lot to the fire fighters.
